- Once the customer makes payment and the filing or processing work has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- If the customer changes their mind after availing of the service, we are not liable to cancel it.
- If the customer requests to hold or pause the service, any fees paid to government departments or third parties will be retained.
- Before issuing any refund, we reserve the right to attempt to complete the service to the best of our ability.
- If cancellation is approved after service initiation, 20% cancellation charges, along with earned fees and applicable costs, will be deducted.
Force Majeure Policy
Legal India Taxation shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in providing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or acts of God
- Epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions
- War, terrorism, or armed conflicts
- Labor strikes, lockouts, or protests
- Technical failures or public utility disruptions
Such events are considered Force Majeure Events and do not qualify for refunds.
