Customer Satisfaction
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, we will refund your money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions of each service before availing of it.
Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If we fail to provide the service, and the customer has made the payment, the customer must inform us immediately.
- If the customer changes their mind after availing of the service, we are not liable to cancel it.
- If the customer requests to hold the processing of the service, the fees already paid to any government department or third party will be retained.
- Before issuing any refund, we reserve the right to attempt to complete the service to the best of our ability.
- If the customer is still dissatisfied, a cancellation fee of 20%, along with any earned fees, government fees, or third-party costs, will be deducted before processing the refund.
Force Majeure
Legal India Taxation will not be held responsible for delays or failures in providing services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, acts of God, or public enemy actions
- Epidemics, pandemics, or legal restrictions
- Wars, terrorism, armed conflicts
- Labor strikes, lockouts, or boycotts
- Any other Force Majeure Event that affects service delivery
Refund Policy
We will only refund the money if we fail to provide the service from our end.
- Refund requests must be made via email and will be processed only after proper verification.
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been rendered, as our team invests significant time and effort in service delivery.
- Non-refundable charges include:
- Processing fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative fees
- Fees paid to government bodies (filing fees, taxes, etc.)
- Costs incurred for third-party services required to process the order
- No cancellation of orders is allowed once the payment has been made.
- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within 3 days from the payment date.
